Manage and analyze root causes for each incident
Create your first incident to start analyzing root causes
| Date / Time | Event Title | Description | Category | Impact |

Add events above to generate the timeline
This will permanently delete the incident and all its analysis data.
Create incidents to track and analyze problems. Each incident has its own set of analysis tools. Set severity (critical, major, minor) and status (Open, Investigating, Resolved, Closed) to track progress.
Use the events table to add timestamped events with descriptions, categories, and impact levels. The visual timeline renders automatically from your table data.
Enter your problem statement, then add causes under each category (6M framework). Click any category card to add or remove causes. The diagram updates in real-time.
Start with a problem statement and ask "Why?" repeatedly to drill down to the root cause. Each answer feeds the next question. Typically 5 iterations are sufficient.
Follow the Eight Disciplines methodology to solve complex problems. Work through each discipline (D0-D8) by adding action items.
